Yeah, basically if you ordered something before from Valve anywhere in Europe, then all your shipping-related data leaked.
It's pretty bad.
That data itself is not particularly secret, the connection to steam makes it a bit more potent. As explained in the mail, expect steam-related phishing attacks.
You underestimate how much virtually ALL your personal information is worth, especially when it can now be reliably tied to your phone number and email.
Basically the only thing the scammers are missing is the equivalent of your regional personal ID.
