Forth is a language that uses reverse polish notation instead of prefix (polish) or infix notation. This means that the operation comes after the operators. So "2 + 4" becomes "2 4 +", or in this case "I <3 Forth" becomes "I Forth <3". In a c-like language, it would be written as <3(I, Forth).
