You're not getting that from a prostitute.
No but I've heard sex workers say it's their job is to comfort people like this just as much as it is to deal with their physical urges. A lot of times they just talk until the person is comfortable enough to open up mentally and physically. I've also seen people with physical deformities credit sex workers with saving them from suicide.
I think you're missing the point.
Your point has nothing to do with the situation in the image.
And honestly, a client being fat is far less problematic than a client being a violent arsehole.
Not as if a sex worker's having sex with people because they look good, they're there for the money.
