But I'd need to have BT on for that to work?
i don't keep Bluetooth on. I, if/when i use the app, would turn it on to check and turn it back off.
I think the point is to get a notification when you're getting into the range of some of those glasses
"the point" always depends on how you live and what you need. I will use the app in situations where/when i need to check for smartGlasses.
99.99999999% of my life won't need that verification.
if you're living and working in situations where what you said in private may ruin your public life, you may always keep it on. (which would bring up other privacy concerns related to Bluetooth)
