I wish they could do something like first offence, 10% of your annual revenue for the next 10 years goes to restitution efforts. Second offence, it's 30% plus the govt. gets to set a CEO and the top management for a year. Thrd strike and the company is shut down and liquidated and the board members or any big stockholders never get to work in that industry again.
Also, (maybe some would argue first) might be that someone goes to prison over a thing like this.

Government-appointed CEO sounds great if the government appointing them wasn't corrupt. There's no way in hell people would be okay with the Trump admin appointing a new CEO of Facebook.
Zuckerberg would be least okay with it and that's what matters. There are more important problems regarding Trump. Anyway, could be a court appointed custodian.
