Well besides the excellent options already mentioned by others, there is also Finamp, a Jellyfin music player.
Others have also mentioned Symfonium which can play audio from a Jellyfin server as well, not only from a subsonic one like Navidrome.
So far Finamp doesn’t seems to find my music folder, I’m restarting my server. Will see
See if you can get it going. I've found it to be a wonderful tool to listen to music.
And yeah audiobookshelf is king for audio books. You'd have to tinker with jellyfin a lot to get half the features. Better to use something that just works out the box
