Threw up in the middle of the night and had to call in today. So that sucks.

My lungs are burning. Here in Phoenix the temperature is still 110°F when the sun goes down at 8pm. I gotta run for my mental health so in 110 we go. Today I finished my water bottle on the walk from my apartment to the start of the trail.
