Yes... Pledging allegiance... To a flag.... Representing a Republic... That exists by/for god...

I mean, I didn't look into it that much at first, I was in kindergarten FFS, but I remember thinking it was funny that God was mentioned in the pledge, and how he was also mentioned in the prayers at Grandma's church, and I thought I shouldn't lie and say the "under god" part since I didn't believe.
