I seem to have this either after a while when in a classroom or office, or even just when having to do admin at home.

After about 30 minutes, I start barely breathing and then after a while I start getting headaches and it becomes more difficult to concentrate.

I very often push through because I don't really know what to do when I'm in a situation where I still have to stay for hours. like a class.

Any good ways to help with this?

Lately I forget to breathe when falling asleep. Somehow I'm still not dead.

Maybe it's good you are falling asleep and your body takes over the breathing. Unless you have sleep apnea of course, then good luck to you!

I wasn't aware I wasn't breathing, I was between wake and sleep and needed air. It's a weird sence of calm
