I dunno if you're lucky or not to see this drama right when joining. When I joined there were so many posts about beans.

When I joined it was just people upset over the death of third party reddit apps. I felt right at home.
You must've just missed the beans, because I was leaving reddit for the same reason.
That tracks; I was on vacation in SoCal at the time and when I got back, the apps were dead.
