God I wish I could reach my psychiatrist by text. He did give me a number to text when I needed something, as well as a business card for his side-hustle that I could contact via email. Well, I messed up picking up my meds in April and needed a new prescription. Tried to reach him both via text and email (there's no hope calling the office, they never pick up the phone) but he never responded. Usually I would have just gone in person but I moved away and it takes me 7 hours to get to the doctor. So I only got a new prescription during my next scheduled appointment 3 months later :c
