I strongly disagree on one key point:
Yes I can. Changing my thermostat by a single degree can be very impactful on my comfort. And on the "too warm side" each additional degree is noticeably less comfortable.
Days with highs of 68F, 69F, and 70F and comparable humidity all feel different to me. Sure, there are more factors at play but holding the rest equal, 1F differences are noticeable.
Depends on whether humidity stays the same or not...
That's why I said "comparable humidity"
