The graph is still approaching zero, it's only stable because it's so close already
It is not jumpy. It being close to zero can be fixed on your end by choosing proper y scale.
A sudden change in value is different to a trend.
it went from .0008 to .0006 which is 25% down, its a logarithmic graph, if it keeps losing at a steady rate , you cant just zoom out and say it looks steady because of that
