Don't worry they will give the contract to some company who has no business developing that.
It will be so much worse than spaghetti code from India and cost 200 million euros.
Which musk and thiel will immediately bribe or buy, giving them the data anyway.
If it was only 200M€, that would be nice. They're more likely to put billions in this.
