Prioritizing the Fallout IP is great. Putting Obsidian in charge even better (sorrey Todd, you suck). But the bloodbath at BGS is very troubling.

its hard to tell. i wonder what money eso was pulling in vs fallout 76, from what i read, they threw away half the ESO team.

i havent heard anything about fallout 76 layoffs yet, but if they're making enough money they'll be ok. plus they are concentrating on fallout IP now more so i see 76 being more favored vs eso.

i think fallout 76 will survive, but im just guessing at the end of the day.

edit: i am dumb, the lead quest designer for fo76 got shit canned.

That's the thing. Quest development is absolutely glacial already, not to mention prone to eternal cliffhangers and abandoned areas.
