MODERATORS
At this point consoles are just locked-up PCs. There's nothing left for them.
Yeah, without some sort of revolutionary hardware that's only good for graphics theres no difference
I would like better audio processing. My ps4 got an update a few years ago where it couldn't handle all of the digital audio codecs that my (25 year old) audio receiver needed. I don't know why it lost a codec, but it did.
Me and you both, I gotta say what three times before I understand most people unless I'm looking at their lips when they talk
Yeah, I read lips too because of the tinnitus. One old girlfriend thought I was staring at her lips when she talked because I wanted to kiss her, which was true, but I stare at everyone's lips and I reserve smooches for cats, kittens, puppies, and other deserving life forms like my wife.
The advantage they have is that they are all the same, so you can theoretically rely on the online system for all the digital maintenance you need (still gotta clean the dust out). It let's developers simplify and tweak the console version of the game so theoretically it should run well. There's a lot of theoreticallys in there, I know it's not te most consistent.
