I had an Xbox 360 just for GTA 5. I bought a PS4 just for RDR2. I'm sure as hell not buying a PS5 for this.
Also there were planned DLC for GTA 5 single player that got axed once people started spending money online.

just that it's expected behavior because Rockstar has always been terrible.
