MODERATORS
Die können immer noch entstehen, denn es föderiert ja alles.
Es gibt eine Blockfunktion für einzelne Nutzer, aber wenn eine Instanz 3k Nutzer hat und gefühlt die Hälfte davon "mist" postet, dann blockt man eher die Instanz als 1,5k mal blocken zu drücken.
