Tmj, sciatica, shoulder pain. Muscle relaxers for the tmj sciatica is part of odd fusing and tmj is stress induced. Shoulders are just naturally fucked from being lanky.
Ibuprofen is a friend ๐
I have the fatal butt disease so I only get to take that when I have a sunburn. Speaking of which, this is legally not medical advice but a dermatologist told me once that when you geta sunburn, the damage is from inflamed skin. So if you take like 600mg ibuprofen (a low prescription dose) and slather on another round of sunscreen as soon as you notice yourself burning, you don't burn. Still gotta watch for the fatal skin disease tho.
That's the only occasion I allow myself to take nsaids (outside of naproxen for migraines, other story). My doctors are amazed I'm still alive.
