No that's just their admin's alt. A quick glance at their comment history confirms it. It was made before hexbear federated
I thought I had seen that admin name before on Hexbear. I wasn't able to bring up the Hexbear account with the search bar, so I didn't want to assume. edit: But if it's just an alt then I'm not sure where I saw it now.
That explains my confusion, thanks.
