MODERATORS
Man, when I would hit about 700 or 800 mg a day for a couple weeks working pharmacy, that's when I knew I had to chill out from caffeine for a hot minute. But it gradually got there. I know it's just a meme and all, but shit, a gram is wild man. Seems like that would be asking for an arrhythmia or something. Lordy
1-1.5 grams is the usual limit for caffeine overdose.
I mean at that rate you're probably just better switching to some breaking bad type shit for your health lol
