But it's obviously a joke. (at least to me)
That means that the text in no way represents anyone's opinion, it's sole purpose is entertainment. If anything, it's a jab at the people that claim to do things because of the idiotic and meaningless "alpha" label, not an endorsement of sloth.
I mean I'll grant that it's about as pseudoscientific as "alpha", so turnabout is fair play.
