For all parking disasters, not just simple bad parking (for that see yplac.co.uk).
Also includes "you can't park there, sir" for the police equivalent.
Rules:
- No deaths or serious injuries because who would be around to get told they couldn't park there?

lift it with one or two cranes without rotating it back to horizontal position it until it's cleared the pier
Down. Ground looks solid enough they can still drive it out of there once it's down.
Assuming it... Y'know.... can drive.
I'd assume the drivetrain is fucked whether it's pulled up or smashes down.
