  1. Print out the LaTeX

  2. Scan the printed file back in and save as a PDF

  3. Export the PDF to a .png

  4. Import the .png to Word

  5. ?????

  6. Profit

I've received, more than once, a screenshot embedded in an Excel file...

Not sure whether this actually works, but I'd probably try pandoc first.
