That's a starkly different article.

CBS claims he has a criminal record and died in hospital care.

NPR was clear ICE said they'd take him to hospital but circumstances of his death were unclear. No criminal record in background check.

Replaced the audio-based article from NPR with a more in-depth one from Houston Public Media; both were released a week after most other articles, reflecting NPR's added reporting. Ultimately, ICE used the arrest as an excuse to kidnap him and are ultimately responsible for his death.

CBS failing to correct lies such as "No one in ICE custody is denied access to proper medical care" and reprinting propaganda such as "This is the best healthcare that [sic] many aliens have received in their entire lives" is evidence of their slanted reporting that people shouldn't be promoting.
