I'm not the hugest movie buff, but I feel like I would have remembered a movie like that if it was reasonably mainstream. In which case my final thoughts on that are: 1) it might have been Spanish-language originally, with not much penetration in to English-language markets, 2) it might have been something other than a formal movie, like perhaps a kids' special or series which similarly might not have made much mainstream flash.

I did ask GPT 5.4 for help, but it couldn't pinpoint it without more info.

FoxTrot is an American comic strip written and illustrated by Bill Amend. The strip launched on April 10, 1988, and it originally ran seven days a week. From December 31, 2006 onwards, FoxTrot has only appeared on Sundays.

The strip revolves around the daily lives of the Fox family, composed of parents Andrea (Andy) and Roger and their children, Peter, Paige, and Jason. It covers a wide range of subject matter, including spoofs of pop culture fads, nerd culture, complex math, and popular consumer products.
