We really are scraping the bottom of the satire barrel. Because it's sad that the unbelievable part of this story is that Trump knows tectonic plates exist. I don't think he does because if he did he'd make a comment about it for no other reason that to show how "smart" he is.
You're right, the least believable part is that Trump would know anything about it
