My bad for posting a metaphor on Lemmy. Are you doing a bit right now, like autism blackface or something? Did the Big Bang Theory send you?
Maybe he's doing a metaphor too? I keep trying to piece it together: "so like the landscape, yeah, is like america, right? No wait, is it democracy? Hmm... Is this guy just talking about actual stormwater mitigation?"
It honestly is funny to me either way, because it reads like he's being straight faced talking a out stormwater mitigation.
But I do think it's intended to point out a lot of the morons that voted for trump did so for some real reasons, very misguided (and intentionally so by the right wing news apparatus) but real reasons.
