How can anyone on the left even associate themselves with ML when neither China nor Russia allow LGBTQ+ to exist in their countries? I don't understand ML at all

No one can really call themselves a "leftist" if extreme right-wing ideologies that the neo-nazis over here follow are what they condone

Mostly due to them having an extremely zero-tolerance stance on transphobia, which I learned is extremely hard to find a place on the internet that does that, even among spaces designed for them. A lot of places will just let casual transphobia slide because "it's not that bad" or just because they don't personally see it. (It happens so often I actually made a word for it: not-seeism)
