That looks kinda like my project down to the same board. Crazy. Not sure why hes charging for it, its very simple to program. And heltek comes with a plastic casing/screen to begin with.

Give it a shot. The code is a bit piecemeal so feel free to improve upon it. I got a book working with upload and stopped there. Its a "good enough" solution. It goes to the next page and keeps the page when the power is out.
The code could probably need a tuneup. I haven't done C++ in 10+ years other than some tiny linux kernel patches and that was a bit ago.
