Even then, the existence of Nazis in a country doesn’t mean you get to blow up civilians in that country. It’s a flimsy attempt to excuse war crimes.
Even then, someone reading Mein Kampf doesn't neccesarily mean that they are a Nazi. Or, I don't think so?
Some people read stuff like this just for a deeper understanding of history. So I'd say you're right
