~ 1. No bigotry. This is a Star Trek community. Remember that diversity and coexistence are Star Trek values. Any post/comments that are racist, anti-LGBT, or generally "othering" of a group will result in removal/ban.
~ 2. Keep it civil. Disagreements will happen both on lore and preferences. That's okay! Just don't let it make you forget that the person you are talking to is also a person.

Did he? Looking at the entire picture, Q is basically a benevolent trickster god for Picard. Almost every single "trial" has Picard coming out stronger because of it. ST:Picard even has Q state it out right.
Picard was his pet project. The kind of thing godlike beings do when bored. Just reshaping the dynamics of a galaxy for shits and giggles.
That applies to most gods in real life religions too. If anything Q has a more respectful relationship with Picard than gods display in most mythologies.
Please don't bring this poser here...
Unfortunately I'm only familiar with the meme. I've paid no attention to him otherwise. Have I missed something I'm guessing?
Given the full spectrum of human expression, I guess he's not that bad. He's just an overall talentless hack and asshole.
That scene in particular he's being quite the idiot.
