They won't even get spoils tho, which is one of the weird things. There's no material benefit from this for any of them. The government is just pouring money in to another foreign war while everyone is drowning in rent, food has increased appallingly, and healthcare pls.
the art of scapegoating isn't rational. myths prevail over historical prescedent in favor of the fantasy that lay in the future.
