This post comes from Lemmy, so at least we know that part works lmao.

But how seamless have you guys found kbin to lemmy interaction? Can you subscribe to Lemmy communities through kbin?

I am running into a problem right now where I commented from this @kbin.social account on a @lemmy.world post, and then another @kbin.social account replied to me. I get the notification that I was replied to here on @kbin.social. But when I go to the kbin.social version of that lemmy.world thread, it shows none of the replies to my comment. Is there a way to manually federate those replies to pull them into this instance? In addition to being annoying that I have to leave this instance to see the comment, I also can't interact with them from lemmy.world using my kbin.social account.

EDIT: wow looks like they're federating now, I can see them from kbin. Have no idea what caused that, so if anyone cares to explain still I'm all ears!

It seems to be buggy at the moment. Clicking on responses does not always lead to the comment so I can't find it anymore, I'm seeing duplicate responses to different comments even though they are all the same comment (checked on the user's profile page). Dunno if the instance is getting too much traffic again or if it's a code issue.
