Maybe my gull photos will get some love here? My birding friends don't seem to appreciate them, lol. I took this last week after an ice storm.

During breeding season the ring-billed gull's skin around their eyes turns red to signify their ready for mating. It's their most beautiful look of the year IMO.

Never mind the crow bros, here’s the gullfriends.

Herring gulls live for 12 years, mate for life, and are intelligent social birds. This is a place to appreciate positive interactions with the little skwarkers. They are on the red endangered list in the UK and a protected species, so let’s all be nice to them.
