He posted this when Biden was the president and Russia did full invasion of Ukraine (a move putin did that he called genius).
Apparently war with Ukraine was somehow Biden's fault, while war with Iran is someone's else's fault.

I think he really was hoping that Europe will get involved in it. That would definitively be and of help to Ukraine if they did. As the Russia propaganda will immediately use it as another example of warmongering.
