From top to bottom it's shaved ham, fried bologna, pepperoni, spicy honey ham, sweet and spicy pickles, and swiss. Mustard inside, mayonnaise outside.

Could've been an "auto enhance" my phone does with some pictures. I don't take a ton of pictures, so I'm not even sure what you're seeing.
