I tried commune life, would not recommend.
I'd suggest an RV park/tiny house neighborhood, that's the best way to get something that could meet most people's needs and might actually be stable and sustainable. And have a community garden.
People today watching old SNL sketches: "You know what? I actually do want to live in a van down by the river."
Paying attention in school, working hard and saving up in hopes of one day owning a van down by the river. Maybe even one that runs...
