MODERATORS
headlights shouldn't be allowed that high on road vehicles, blinding menace on wheels.
Especially when they aren't the normal yellowish ones and they have the strong, eye piercing white-blue ones. Fucking hate xenon headlights.
Theoretically they could angle them down but I'm guessing they don't.
Aren't they obligated to aim headlight at certain angle? I know they check it at periodical technical check of civil vehicles.
