The number of whole city gridlocks that occur when there's a light misting says otherwise
Mist is mist. Rain is rain.
I know. But It's not enough to cause the panic it does gridlocking the city
My point, which you missed, was that if people were staying in, there wouldn't be enough cars on the road to gridlock the city due to idiots panicking over some slightly moist pavement.
