I really hope the developers change this. Having a different avatar for each world or server I play on just seems like a no-brainer to me. I'm sure the devs are planning to implement this sooner or later.....right??

It's pre release. If you have a problem with missing featurez and buggy gameplay, recommend you hold off on the game.
