What is the best way of migrating google docs documents to Synology or Proton?

Is there any other way than doing it manually?

Edit: i found solution- you can ask for google takeout. It exports in office formats

I am migrating to proton. You can use Google takeout to get a copy of all of your files.

There are some docs that I'm slow to migrate because Proton's docs aren't as good. Like I have some Google docs with formating that proton doesn't support.

Proton just added spreadsheets! but they still don't have presentations.
