Nah. The US has always done shit like this to minorities, domestically and abroad.
Some experiments on US citizens:
Yeah one reason among many why many black people (and maybe other poc?) don’t trust the healthcare system in the us.
For some extra fun, search for Denmark Greenland and forced contraceptives. It gives more flavour to how the toddler in chief is demanding that somebody get him Greenland.
The US never actually stopped it, really.
