He didn’t need to have his gun drawn and you’re not going to convince me he didn’t already have it out with how fast he started shooting. None of the other “officers” felt they needed to have their weapons out.
Also when she starts to accelerate you can see the shooter’s feet between the legs of the one grabbing the door, not in front of the car. He’s in front of the car for maybe half a second when she starts to move forward, starts shooting, then continues to shoot after he’s clear.
At best he’s getting a broken foot or leg if he actually got run over at that speed from that angle.
You can frame it however you want. The fact is he’s standing in front of the car, and the lady floors it anyway. Put this in front of a court and it’s assault on an officer with a deadly weapon 10/10 times. Broken foot or ninja roll out of the way, it’s assault. And cops shoot when assaulted.
ACAB.
But two of the three shots are from the side when the car has already passed.
I’m not tryna argue in that murderer’s favor on the internet. I’m just trying to remind everyone that pigs have a ton of leeway once they ~~get~~feel threatened.

First shot is after the vehicle bumps him. But go off. Wish she’d crushed him to death.
I’m not even saying it was on purpose for fucks sake. It obviously wasn’t. He obviously wasn’t in danger in retrospect. But badges kill when they feel threatened. I dunno why this is shocking.

This is bad enough without people straight up ignoring reality.
You’ll note I say he’s in front of the car for about half a second when she starts to move forward. You can see this in another video from the front angle where he rolls off the front left of the vehicle then starts shooting. He continues to fire as she goes past him and he’s clear of the car.
The reality is that the shooter is a trigger happy dumbass approaching a car in drive from the front or manipulated the situation so he could shoot her and claim he felt he was in danger at worst.
But this is America, you can kill a black person over stealing a bag of skittles if they make you scared.
We literally made being a scared pussy legal with Zimmerman.
