If you post threats on FB against the US president where you specifically name the weapon you own and are going to use?...

Yes.

They can’t even take down an overweight elderly man with a combover…

That's the fun with guns. All you have to do is pull a trigger not be Usain Bolt level fit to be a deadly threat. Wasn't the colt45 first marketed as The Great Equalizer?
