All this needs to be opt in not opt out
You guys get opt out?
They try and opt out and megacorporate pretends to have actually disabled it (they didn't, recall is active, why are you still using windows?) and then they gaslight their userbase even further.

So you can opt in at any time presumably. I think it should be an optional download, not something forced upon users.
