Santa Slay (media.piefed.world)
submitted 2 days ago by squ1ddos@piefed.world to c/lego@lemmy.world

This build was inspired by the recent santa sleigh Christmas set that was on sale during Black Friday. I almost pulled the trigger on it, but after looking up what parts it came with I decided to use that money to create a Bricklink order consisting of dark brown elephant trunks, and appendages (my favorite part) I knew I wanted to create an Eldritch Horror-esque type build, and roughly 5 hours later this was the end result last Friday. It will be on display at our last LEGO Christmas show of the year.

What person wouldn’t want this festive decoration?

Heh, I suppose you could say that. :P What do you think of the build?

it's very creative, but my opiniin doesn't count for much as i havent used legos >30 years. there always seems to be something more exciting to waste my time with

Heh, it happens. Unfortunately LEGO is my way to escape reality and is my vice. I've been in the PC field for 26 years now and I'm burned out, so I turned back to LEGO after my dark ages, 2005-2014. After the past few years I have delve quite far into LEGO and what is possible.
