Not touching the other stuff, but what did yurikisses mean with "dead lesbian"? Is that a trope?

The idea seems to be that lesbian / gay relationships are often portrayed as suffering tragic outcomes instead of living happily ever after.

Lesbian but the other half is dead so you don't have to show them as a lesbian.
I think this is a play on Harry Potter and the crappy views of it's author.
