- Women only… trans women are women, and transphobic or gender critical talk isn’t allowed. Anyone under the trans umbrella (e.g. non-binary, bigender, agender) is free to decide whether a women's community is a good fit for them.

MODERATORS
A chef isn't someone who cooks. Chef are, as far as I can tell, a male dominated profession. This is about learning to (home) cook meals. Those are two very different things and skill sets although similar in product.
Take, for example, Drew Talbert's shorts. Kitchen staff is portrait as 3 man and a woman, iirc. Well known cooks on YouTube such as Kenji Lopez-Alt and Helen Rennie are 1-1 for me. I have also come across the Ethan Cheblowski(?) and the Italo-American whose name I forgot.
