Housework has been a longtime struggle for me. Its one of those things that makes overwhelm seem more overwhelming. I have been using a cleaning podcast ~11months. Just throwing it on in and doing what I can when i have the energy to has transformed my confidence in the ability to deal with my space. Even if its just to get started on the essentials. I hope this helps someone

Ok! I was asking cause I normally listen to Hardcore History while cleaning. The episodes are far and few between so I am keeping an eye out for recommendations. Cleaning themed podcasts won't probably work for me as I try to get rid of my thoughts from the process of cleaning 😅

Totally understand. You may already be familiar with this one, but I can recommend the ologies podcast for a fun listen. Also abc australia puts out some great podcsts (https://www.abc.net.au/listen/podcasts/a-z-podcasts). Good luck on your search 🙂
